##モデル説明## 『キッシュ』用髪型セット2 ※キッシュ本体、帽子等は付属しません。 ※モデル説明の下に利用規約が記載されていますので、ご了承の上での購入をお願いします。 #内容物 ・Hair_TypeF.fbx ・Hair_TypeG.fbx ・Hair_TypeH.fbx ・Hair_TypeI.fbx ・Hair_TypeJ.fbx ・Hair_TypeK.fbx ・Tail.fbx それぞれの髪型データとバージョン1に移植するための尻尾のデータです。 見た目についてはReadme内の髪型一覧.pngを確認してください。 ・hair.png 髪のテクスチャです。 #モデルについて 『キッシュ』用髪型セットとしてボーンのセットアップされた髪型のデータが6種類含まれています。 ※本体モデル『キッシュ』はこのデータに含まれておりません。 Tail.fbxについては、バージョン1の場合髪と尻尾のメッシュが別れていないので、導入時に新たに追加する必要があります。 シェーダーで両面表示推奨です。 #導入方法について Readme内の髪型移植方法.pngを確認してください。 #『キッシュ』以外での使用について 利用規約通り改造の範囲内として問題ありませんが、そういった改造が許可されたモデルにのみ導入してください。
##利用規約##
『キッシュ』用髪型セット2 制作者：muta 本モデルを購入した時点で本利用規約に同意したものとします。 利用規約の内容は変更する場合があり、最新のものが適用されます。 ----------------------------------------------------------------- ・モデル改造は自由です。 ・本モデル、改造モデル著作権はmutaに帰属するものとします。 ・本モデル、改造モデルのVRChat等モデルデータをアップロードし、アバターとして使用するサービスへの使用を許可します。 ・上記サービスで購入者本人以外が、アバターを使用できるようにする行為を禁止します。 ※VRChatのペデスタルへの使用は購入者以外が使用できるようになるので禁止です。 ・本モデル、改造モデルの再配布、販売を禁じます。 ・本モデル、改造モデルを使用したバーチャルYoutuber等の活動を許可します。 収益化等は制限いたしません。 ※バーチャルYoutuber等の活動には、グッツ作成、雑誌掲載も含まれます。 ※無改造モデルでのグッツ展開は公式と誤認する可能性があるためご遠慮ください。 ・本モデル、改造モデルを制作物のサンプル等で使用して、バーチャルマーケット、 VEXPO等の第三者に制作物をアップロードするイベントに参加する場合はmutaまで一度ご連絡をお願いします。 ・本モデル、改造モデルをゲーム、アニメーション、アプリに使用することを許可します。 収益化等は制限いたしません。 モデルデータとして再度使用できる状態のデータが含まれる場合は使用を禁止します。 ・モデルを使用する際にクレジットを記載する必要はありません。 ・R-18・R-18Gへの利用は制限しませんが、住み分けはしっかり行ってください。 ・政治、宗教活動、他者に対する誹謗中傷目的での使用を禁止します。 ・本モデル、改造モデルを使用することによって生じた何らかのトラブル、損失に対しmutaは一切責任を負わないものとします。 ・翻訳の都合上日本語の利用規約と英語の利用規約に差異が出た場合日本語が正しいものとします。 ----------------------------------------------------------------- 制定日：2019年03月08日 その他不明点等がありましたら以下に連絡ください。 Twitter：@muta_shinki Email：mutashinki@gmail.com Discord：muta#2767

The contents of the terms of service may be changed, and the latest one will be applied. -------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- ・ Remodeling this model is free. ・ Copyright of this model and the remodeled model shall be attributed to muta. ・ We allow uploading model data of this model and the remodeled model to a service such as VRChat and using as an avatar. ・ We prohibit using this model and the remodeled model except purchasers. Example: Making this model and the remodeled model available as a public avatar such as making an avatar pedestal in VRChat is forbidden. ・ Redistribution and sale this model and the remodeled model are prohibited. ・ We allow using this model and the remodeled model to do activities such as virtual Youtuber. It does not prohibit such as monetization too. ・ If you participate to the event such as virtual market and VEXPO and exhibit this model and the remodeled model, please contact muta once. ・ We allow using this model and the remodeled model for games, animation, and applications.
